International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship to the United States, European Union, and worldwide.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Because our products ship from multiple international warehouses, orders may arrive in separate packages.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Region Estimated Delivery
United States 3–7 business days
Europe (EU) 3–7 business days
Rest of the World 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local carriers, weather, holidays, or high-demand seasons.


3. Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control customs fees and cannot predict their amount.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear due to international carrier systems.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Not claimed

  • Returned to sender

  • Undeliverable

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs or may choose to receive a refund minus shipping fees.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within 45 days (US & EU) or 60 days (international), please contact us and we will investigate.

If confirmed lost, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.


8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
