Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Because we operate on a dropshipping model, return addresses may be located in different countries. Our support team will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products once opened

  • Customized or personalized products


3. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 45 days (US & EU)

  • 60 days (International)

We will investigate and provide either a replacement or a full refund.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
